At Firepole Marine, we believe in building products that are tough, dependable, and built to last. Whether you choose our Carbon Fiber or Fiberglass Firepoles, every pole is backed by our 3-Year Limited Warranty—because we stand behind what we build.

What’s Covered:

• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

Covered Components Include:

• Solid Fiberglass or Carbon Fiber pole
• 316 marine-grade stainless steel hardware
• Threaded stainless steel couplings

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, improper installation, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, or fading
• Corrosion or damage caused by lack of maintenance in saltwater conditions
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

How to File a Claim:

• To start a warranty claim, contact us at firepolemarine@gmail.com with:
• Proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and any visible defect
• Once reviewed, we’ll determine if the issue qualifies for repair, replacement, or refund—our goal is to get you back on the water with confidence.
